Open Positions

IT Support Specialist

This critical role will, under the supervision of the Director of Information Systems, provide IT support and troubleshooting within the Credit Union.

Duties include:

  • Troubleshoot and support computer systems, network and data communications software and hardware, and be familiar with basic programming logic, processing concepts, and terminology.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance.
  • Create tickets, respond to open internal tickets, and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Set up new users, assist users with network access, and resolve connection issues.  Install, upgrade, and back up new software.
  • Ensure computer systems are operating properly and assist with maintenance and updates as required.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Two years of similar or related experience; credit union experience preferred.

  • A two year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
  • Working knowledge of SQL language and Alogent, IMSI, Mitel, and OpCon software a plus.
  • Experience with 2012/2016 server administration and Keystone core system knowledge preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating system.


Call Center Lead

Assists members and potential members with telephone requests, performs transactions and resolves problems within the scope of authority.  Monitors, schedules, trains, and evaluates Call Center Representatives, ensuring work is performed within established policies.  Identifies and resolves areas for quality improvement under the supervision of the AVP of Member Services.

Excellent verbal communication skills required.  Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, cross-sell products and services, and have strong organizational skills.

Previous Call Center experience required, preferably in the credit union or banking industry, as well as prior supervisory or lead experience.
